Immaculate 3BR, 2.5 BA Bayfront Townhouse that is close to the beach & all the main attractions in Beach Haven.
It s conveniently located to the best restaurants, shopping and amusements in all of LBI. One block away is Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Schooner s Wharf & the water park! This gated community includes a heated pool & hot tub with a lifeguard overlooking the bay and is just 2.5 blocks from the ocean. At the end of the dock there is a launch area for water sports and a playground next door. Please note the pool is open on weekends from Memorial Day until the 3rd week of June and everyday after that through Labor Day. There will be 4 pool tags available for your use during your stay.
The next flight up offers a centrally located family room with additional bay views and a pull out couch, two sizable bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
The entire top floor is the master ensuite with an abundance of space, a sitting room, a lush bathroom, multiple closets, and a private deck with unobstructed marina and bay views.
Ceiling fans throughout the home. There are outdoor grills in the common area and your own showerhead to wash off the sand. Includes a carport and an assigned parking space right outside of the townhome. Perfect beach island vacation without having to step on a plane!
*We do provide pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels are NOT supplied. A concierge service is available for the rental of linens, towels, cribs and other items from Sea Spray Dry Cleaners. They will deliver and pickup. They can be reached at (609) 597-7939.
