Charming first-floor unit – an Oceanside Victorian-inspired house two blocks from the beach. Terrific front porch/deck with a table. Large living room with couch, loveseat, and television. Three bedrooms: Master suite with queen bed and bath with tub and shower. Two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. Second full bath and washer/dryer. Designated first-floor outdoor shower and grill. Backyard with patio and table. Parking in front. Air-conditioned; TV; internet; dishwasher. Walkable to the bagel shop, bike rental, restaurants, WAWA, and bayside marina. The owners use the upstairs unit. Roku and access to hundreds of channels and some premium channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Showtime.
Of course, the beach is near but so are great restaurants, bagel shops, bike rental shops, WAWA, and terrific sunsets. One mile north of the Ferris wheel at Fantasy island. We walk to the center of Beach Haven – 1.0 miles.
What makes this house unique
The front porch is dining-room size – a great spot for breakfast before hitting the beach, watching those walking the island, late night card games, and internet surfing on you laptop using our internet.
