This first floor is in a delightful Oceanside duplex that is centrally located on Long Beach Island directly across the street from the ACME supermarket and one block from the famous Skipper Dipper ice cream shop. It’s just a short walk to the white sand beach that LBI is famous for. This unit is a two bedroom get away that sleeps 7 with a comfortable living room, dining table, washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. All TVs offer cable boxes and/or Amazon firesticks and are Netflix and other streaming services ready. There is high-speed internet/Wi-fi. In addition, the unit offers a large deck with a table to seat 8 with a patio umbrella, a fenced in yard, a gas BBQ, a private outdoor shower (one for each unit of the duplex) with hot and cold water, off street parking for 2 cars and a bonus room with a TV, foosball table, pool/ping pong table, and a couch and chairs with plenty of room for hanging out. Each unit has its own separate bonus room that has a locking door. All rooms are adequately air conditioned to cool you off from the summer heat. Bed linens (3 twin, 1 queen and 1 queen sofa bed/pullout), pillows and towels are NOT provided. 4 Beach badges are included. Can be rented with the top floor to occupy the entire house.
