NOTE: Bedroom #2 is a walk-through to get to bedroom #3. Bedrooms #2 and #3 can combine to make a family suite. Each bedroom has a closable door for privacy.

    All TVs offer Amazon firesticks and are Netflix and other streaming services ready. There is high-speed internet/Wi-fi. In addition, the unit offers a private deck with a table to seat 6 with a patio umbrella, a fenced in yard, a gas BBQ, a private/dedicated outdoor shower with hot and cold water (one for each unit of the duplex), off street parking for 2 cars and a bonus room with a TV, air hockey, basketball and plenty of room for hanging out. Each bonus room has a locking door so it is a secure place to store your items if needed. All rooms are adequately air conditioned with central AC to cool you off from the summer heat. A shared roof-top deck is part of the new addition, as well as seating areas in the yard.

    Bed linens (5 twin, 1 queen, 1 full), pillows and towels are NOT provided.
