This ocean block 2nd floor duplex is perfect for your family vacation – it is conveniently located as soon as you arrive on the island, with plenty of off street parking for 4+ cars and just 3 houses to the beach! You have a private entrance in the back of the home, as well as your own private outdoor shower and storage space for your beach equipment. The home features central air and ceiling fans, with 3 bedrooms that sleep 6 people – 1 queen, 1 king, and 2 twin beds. The living room has a new sectional couch and the dining room table seats up to 8 people. There is a large deck in the back of the house with a large picnic table and a gas grill. It’s an amazing location – walking distance to restaurants, bars, ice cream and shopping in Ship Bottom while being centrally located on the island to allow for easy access on and off the island, as well as to both the north and the south ends of LBI!
