Harmony House sleeps up to ten (10) people across two (2) floors, with four (4) bedrooms, two and a half (2.5) bathrooms and a reverse living high ceiling kitchen complete with new appliances, gas fireplace, a wine cooler, and a dining area for the post beach day meal with your family.
Harmony House’s ground floor offers two large garage door bays, of which Garage Bay #2 is Electric Vehicle friendly with a charging port, and a 240 sq. ft. interior/exterior recreational room space that offers additional privacy from the rest of the home above. The recreational room can serve multi-purposes as a live/work space, supplemental space to watch TV and/or as a staging area for the outdoor grill and BBQ area (under construction and ready for Summer 2023).
There is an optional linen package available for $350.00, which includes sheets, beach towels, hand towels, bath towels, hand soap and lotion. Please tell us if you would like this option when booking.
