• Outdoor deck with Polywood furniture runs entire length of condo with 2 sliding glass doors
• Renters to provide their own linens, bath towels and beach towels. Blankets, quilts and pillows are provided
• Unit is cleaned between rentals and cleaning fee is included in rental rate
• Friday to Friday rentals only; minimum one week rental
• Includes 1 reserved covered parking space in private lot and one first come-first served visitor space
• Designated Large, locked storage unit on ground floor to keep all your beach toys and chairs
• NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS

$500 will secure your week and serve as security deposit; fully refundable within 30 days of check-out provided no damage to the unit or contents is reported. If the unit becomes unavailable for any reason prior to check-in Renter will receive full refund and agrees not to hold Owner responsible. Cancellations: If Renter cancels more than 60 days from Arrival Date – full refund; between 30 and 60 days – $500 deposit will be forfeited; less than 30 days from Arrival Date – entire Rental Fee will be forfeited unless unit is rented at the same rate without realtor commission. Rental payment due in full 60 days prior to Arrival Date.
