We are pleased to announce that we are now using digital signatures for leases, contracts and rental authorizations. Using digital signatures makes it easy for all parties to sign contracts. The recipient receives an email and clicks a link to sign. With a few clicks, you are done signing. All parties then receive an email with the document attached.
No printing, mailing or postage needed. It saves everyone time and money. We are pleased to be one of the few agencies on Long Beach Island to offer this service.
